About the role

We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team. You will manage a client portfolio to help our clients improve their web presence and expand their digital capabilities.
As an Account Manager, you should have a strong customer service approach that creates and maintains long-term client relationships along with an ability to have strategic conversations that will uncover new opportunities to expand our presence at your accounts. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.

Client and Delivery Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point-of-contact for all general client communications
  • Act as a client advocate, ensuring that FFW is continually acting in our client's best interest
  • Act as an initial escalation point, directing internal escalations as appropriate
  • Meet regularly with the client to confirm their satisfaction and develop plans to resolve any issues
  • Coordinate with Delivery teams to track invoicing for projects, including collating data for invoicing to client
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends as well as industry trends impacting your clients

Business Development Responsibilities

  • Understand the client’s digital strategies and business objectives and seek opportunities to suggest and/or design digital projects to increase customer ROI
  • Collaborate with Business Development staff to pursue new opportunities.
  • Track sales opportunities from inception to completion and report to internal senior management
  • Receive and distribute new project opportunities to our sales and/or delivery teams for estimation and ensuring a consistent approach and quality in all our responses

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing relationships at a digital agency delivering a mix of creative and/or technical solutions
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills
  • Capable of working in high-pressure environments
  • Proven capability to lead presentations, often with senior audiences
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience navigating political challenges both internal and client-side
  • Experience in Web/Digital delivery
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and general Project Management processes
  • You love to work with technical and creative teams
  • Travel may be required
